Lee Balthazor, President
Lee Balthazor has been active in the electrical construction industry since 1965. In 1983 Lee formed NSI Electrical Contractors, Inc. to meet the growing need for quality electrical installations performed in a safety first environment for the quality electricians and staff employed by NSI.
Lee is certified by the State of Wisconsin as a Master Electrician, an Electrical Contractor, and an Electrical Designer.
He has served in several capacities as a member of the Associated Builders and Contractors of Wisconsin (ABC of WI), most recently as a member of the board of directors. He has served on the City of Wauwatosa Electrical Licensing Exam Board and the Milwaukee Area Technical College (MATC) Electrical Advisory Board for the Electrical Program.
Due to his reputation which marked him as both knowledgeable and a man of integrity the business continues to grow.

Andrew Balthazor, Executive Vice President
Andrew Balthazor, a Master Electrician certified by the State of Wisconsin, has worked in the electrical construction industry for more than 20 years. While serving as Vice President of Estimating and Business Development he has made time to continue his professional education by taking course work at Purdue University.
Since assuming office, he has extended NSI’s safety and professional education programs for NSI employees. NSI, over the last three years, has maintained an average rating of .85 for the NSI worker’s compensation experience modification.

Jacob Leitzke, Estimator/Project Manager
With over 14 years of industry experience, Mr. Leitzke has worked his way up from an apprentice to estimator/project manager. As a Master Electrician, he brings a welcome perspective to the projects that he manages. His portfolio includes large-scale commercial projects -- El Rey Food Mart in Milwaukee and TCF Banks in Kenosha and Milwaukee's Southside, mid-rise community associations -- Kramer Lofts in Milwaukee's 5th Ward, retail facilities -- South Milwaukee Retail, and educational institutions -- High-Tech Institute in Brookfield.

Steve Marsicek, Estimator/Project Manager, CAD
Steve Marsicek, started his electrical contracting career with NSI. After graduating with honors from ITT Technical Institute in 1997, he began at NSI as a computer aided designer. He offers our customers the opportunity to visualize their project plans in a computerized format. Steve has estimated and managed a wide variety of projects including residential type projects -- Kenosha Commons and Windsor Courts - Milwaukee, as well as commercial and retail projects such as Grant Thornton-Milwaukee and Fresh Market-Brookfield. Prior to his employment with NSI, Steve served in the Gulf War/Desert Storm as a member of the US Air Force.
